Mackenzie Lee | @mackenzieannfit
Mackenzie is a co-founder of FitBodies. She is an ACE certified personal trainer, and bikini competitor champion. She has a wealth of bodybuilding competition experience - competing in 8 different bodybuilding shows, beginning in 2014 as a bikini competitor. She has helped hundreds of people learn the skills to help them take their health and fitness to the next level, and improve their overall quality of life.
As a mother, business owner, and former healthcare worker, she has mastered the balance needed for a busy schedule, and long term fitness success. She is passionate about health & wellness, competing, and all the opportunities it has given her. Mackenzie truly lives the lifestyle and gets fulfillment from sharing her vast knowledge and passion with others who are ready to take the steps to live a healthier & happier lifestyle.

Brendan Reid | @bkreid.fit
Brendan is a co-founder of FitBodies. He is an ISSA certified personal trainer and a nationally qualified men's physique and classic physique competitor. He comes from a lifetime of elite sports playing in collegiate and semi-prossional baseball leagues throughout Western Canada and the United States. Health & fitness has always been a big part of his life and he truly believes that taking control of your health and fitness empowers you in every other aspect of life.

Brendan has experience working hard physical labour, and balancing his family life and fitness around rotating shift work. He is extremely passionate when it comes to health & fitness, and his work ethic is unmatched. He will challenge his clients to grow physically, and emotionally, to reach new levels that they didn't think possible.

Fun Fact: Brendan has a relationship with peanut butter that borders on obsession.

Stephanie Cree-Reeve | @s.c.reeve
Stephanie is an ISSA certified personal trainer and nutritionist. Stephanie has competed in 4 bodybuilding competitions in both wellness, and bikini categories - including back-to-back competitions in 2023. Stephanie has collected multiple 1st place finishes in her classes. She is extremely focused and embraces the work it takes to achieve her goals - she believes in setting goals, not limits!

Family is the most important thing to Stephanie. She is a mother of 3 young children that are 18 months apart - 1 boy & twin girls. She doesn't believe that being a mom means you have to forget about your own goals - and she is a living example of this as she's in the best shape of her life after 3 kids. With the right mindset, and the right plan, she believes everyone can achieve balance and reach their fitness goals.

Stephanie and her family live an active lifestyle and enjoy hiking with the dogs, and hunting together. She believes a healthy gut & hormones are the foundation for feeling good and having a healthy, balanced life. Stephanie will help her clients find balance in a busy life, and help them develop a strong mindset so that they too can start setting goals, and stop setting limits!

Colbie Franson | @franson_fitbodies
Colbie is an ISSA certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Colbie figure skated competitively for most of her life, and has always had a passion for competitive sports and other activities. She now has a career in law enforcement and her passion for helping others - and her community - is more than admirable. She is always in pursuit of personal excellence and is devoted to helping others improve their quality of life and realize their full potential. She works with police, first responders, and law abiding citizens.
Colbie has competed in two bodybuilding competitions as a bikini competitor which has given her a great understanding of different training and dieting strategies - to achieve results in the most sustainable way. Colbie strives to motivate her clients and help them realize their potential and become the best version of themselves.

Kayla Bjornson | @kb_fitness_18
Kayla is an ISSA certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. Health & fitness is more than just a hobby for Kayla - she has recently found success in her first bodybuilding competition in the bikini category. She finds true purpose in helping others which extends beyond fitness. Not only does Kayla occupy an important role in the community as a paramedic, she is also currently enrolled in post-secondary school pursuing her nursing degree. In her free time time she enjoys an active lifestyle playing hockey, snowboarding, and really values time with her friends & family.
When it comes to fitness Kayla knows what it's like to struggle on your own without seeing the results you want, which is what motivated her to get educated and become a certified personal trainer. Now she aims to educate others and help them get the results they deserve in an efficient and sustainable way.
